Continuing the Herbalife Journey

Ok I am on my second day of taking the Herablife 1 2 3 nutritional supplement plan. If you're wondering what the 1,2 ,3 means it's the order in what you take their core nutrition products in. 1 is the Formula 1 health shake 2 is the mulit vitamin and 3 is the cell activator. What the cell activator does is primes your body to take in supplements and absorbs vitamins and nutrients that your body needs. I am tellng you I feel leaner and better already. I eat pretty good anyway and I am very physically active and I can see where this can really help your body get the energy it needs from eating good pure nutrition and of course staying active. I am not saying this just becasue I am a distributor I am saying this as a consumer using the products and loving the feeling I am getting! I know I am doing great things for myself and I can see why there are so many satisfied people that are continuing to get great results from using Herbalife. Even if you don't have a ton of weight to lose or you are looking to break a plateau, this is the way to do it in my opinion. Of course getting physically active will always help you break a plateau but when you have amazing nutrition to go along with it that really skyrockets your results and they will just keep coming!

Along with the 1,2,3 regimine I also drink their herbal tea concentrate. You just take a 1/4tsp and put it in hot or cold water and off you go! It has green tea, oolong tea and black tea for energy and increased metabolism. Eating every 2-3 hours will keep your engine burning and help you burn fat so please make sure you are eating enough to keep your energy up as well! I feel good about this and I love sharing this with others! You may be wondering if I feel satiated with shakes twice a day, snacks in between and then a hearty healthy dinner, the answer is yes! I love how I'm feeling and like I said earlier I feel leaner and meaner than I have in a while! I am sharing this to let everyone in on my experience and how I am reacting to the products, it gets a thumbs up so far and I am sure it will just keep getting better! To learn more you can check out http://www.shopherbalife.com/esnyder and of course if you have questions please let me know! I will be back with more of the Herbalife journey!

Day 1 of Herbalife

Ok all well I have gotten my samples from Herbalife which include formula 1 health meal shake the multivitamin and the cell activator. I had the shake for breakfast then took my vitamin and the cell pill. What I did for the shake was used 8 oz of milk, two heaping scoops of the healthy meal shake and then two scoops of the Beverly International Chocolate protein powder. Man oh man was that good! I loved it! Since this is my first day of doing this I really can't say how I feel or if I feel any different. I can see where you can get more energy and it can get you over any plateau if you are trying to lose the last ten pounds or you want to get a little leaner. In my samples that I got it also came with the liftoff supplement that you just put in your water. You can put this in your water before your workout and after. The energy boost is supposed to be awesome but of course very natural without all the jitters like so many energy supplements can give you. I feel really good about taking such natural supplements that are good for my inner and outer health. It's hard these days to find something that is good for you and tastes good. One of those factors always suffer and it's usually the taste! I can't tell you how many superfood supplements I have tried that taste like dirt and therefore wasted my money! I'm so excited to be sharing this with you so you can get a great idea of how good these supplements are and how they can so enhance your life!

I am feeling good about this new journey and again I am so happy to be sharing this with all of you! I will be keeping you posted on how I'm feeling and the results that I am getting! To check this out for yourself you can visit http://www.ericasnyder.com Until tomorrow...

Sunday Funday

Man it is amazing how lazy you can get on Sundays! I have been working on my new businesses that I have been starting up but I have been doing it from the comfort of my couch LOL. Well I guess when you work hard all day one lazy day doesn't kill anyone! I can lie to myself and say how productive I've been even though after I worked out I took a shower and got back into my pj's! Today was a workout day with Chalene Johnson and her mean turbo kick workout! Man everytime I do that I get my butt kicked but I feel so good afterwards! That keeps me motivated because believe me I go through days where I DO NOT feel like working out. I always tell myself after the first five minutes I will be so glad that I started the workout and of course that is the magic pill! Another thing that goes through my mind is what I'm preventing as far as disease and just overall taking care of my body. My mom and I were just having a conversation about foods today are so full of chemicals and how they can poison your body. With all the diseases I have in my family that is more reason for me to eat right, exercise and relax as much as possible. Those factors help with the stresses of daily life and again those mean ugly diseases. Usually I do yoga on Sundays but now Monday-Thursday is yoga at a local studio I found around here which is really exciting! When I was looking around the first time I couldn't find anything cheaper than $150/month ugh. That's all I was finding and man I was getting so discouraged but with any situation if you have enough determination you will find what you are looking for!

So this is a Sunday rambling blog with no real point LOL. Well I guess there is a point that no matter how busy your week is or even your weekend take a day to be lazy and have a Sunday Funday! I have been working feverishly on the new health and wellness ventures I have started on and I couldn't be more excited! I will keep you posted on how it's going and all that jazz but I have a great feeling in the pit of my stomach so that is a great I want to share with others the benefits of being healthy and happy! you will be amazed at how your life will change and even your social circle will change. This can be viewed as a good thing or a bad thing but things will change dramatically and I love sharing this journey with others! Well that is all for now. I will be back for more updates of how the ventures are going and any more Sunday Fundays! :-)

New Endeavors

Well I am back after a hiatus (again) I'm not going to sit here and say I am going to do better with blogging because everytime I do I never blog as often as I should! Well things have been coming around as far as our business and some new health and wellness opportunities have opened up! I cannot be more excited and my amazing husband has been helping with my website and cheering me on while I get these businesses off the ground. I cannot feel more blessed and lucky to have someone like that in my life! Sorry I'm getting mushy but I feel very blessed! I have started with Herbalife and I am so excited to be on this journey with such a great company! Yes I am still with Beachbody and yes I still do the coaching! I love the coaching and helping others on their fitness journeys. Herbalife is another way to help others no matter what their goals are and they have some pretty awesome skin care products LOL. EnergyChek finally looks like it's coming around so the hard work is paying off! Just have to keep with it and not give up, even though so many times we have thought of throwing in the towel and getting jobs or on to the next venture which would have been starting over AGAIN.

I also found an awesome yoga studio which I am in love with! It's called Udaya Yoga and it's only a mile from where we live! I love going there after work and letting go of the day and all the crap we have to think about or are anxious about. Believe me running your own business can cause a lot of anxiety and stress. The instructors there are amazing and so friendly! I love being able to work on my yoga in a live class so I can make sure I am being safe and don't hurt myself if I'm alone LOL. The positive energy is great and I just love meeting new people in this kind of environment! Yoga has changed my life for sure and I can't wait to continue this journey and see where it takes me!

If you want to check out my sites you can go to my new website: http://www.ericasnyder.com I am excited about this and I want to share this with everyone! I'll be back to update you on how things are going and yours in wellness, until next time...
